Pro Gloria Dei (PGD) is an independent speech and debate club dedicated to nurturing the communication and critical thinking skills of elementary through high school students. Our ultimate aim is to empower them to become eective communicators for Christ.

Our Mission

Our mission is to support Christian parents in their endeavor to raise their children in accordance with biblical principles. We achieve this by imparting eective reasoning and persuasive communication skills that glorify God through participation in competitive speech and debate. Our goal is to equip our students to confidently “give an account for the hope that is in their hearts”.

Pro Gloria Dei is a non-denominational Christian club. We are guided and operated according to biblical principles and follow the teachings of scripture in our policies and operation.

Alignment

We recognize that members of our club come from dierent denominations and backgrounds. However, all of our members must align with the Nicene Creed, and our position statements regarding marriage, gender, and biblical inerrancy.

Currently our club is associated with the National Christian Forensics and Communications Association (NCFCA). visit www.ncfca.org.
